The Prosecutor General notes that the Borisov resident was found guilty of developing software that allowed files on a user's computer to be encrypted, and on January 18, 2023, he sent the program he developed to the Cyberpartisan chatbot.
On January 28, he sent Cyberpartisans "instructions for activating a program that was a set of drivers for developing software for the purpose of filtering the file system."
In court, the accused admitted his guilt.

The trial of Anton Konchits ended on October 9. He was accused of "assisting extremist activity." The verdict, as well as the nature of the charges, are unknown.
