Vladislav, the owner of a barbershop in Petrikov, was detained after being summoned to the police department and a search was conducted, during which his equipment and phones were seized. The reason was Stories published on March 16, 2021 on Instagram, in which he spoke out against riot police officers after the detention and beating of a former MTZ employee. Although the posts were soon deleted, a criminal case was opened against him, and he was later convicted of "inciting social hatred."
According to human rights activists, he was released at the end of 2023, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
