In early June 2022, he illegally collected information about the private life and personal data of an employee of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee's Internal Affairs Directorate, after which he published it in the Telegram chat "Novaya Borovaya 98%."
After the trial, he was held in Pretrial Detention Center No. 1 and transferred to another pretrial detention center to await his appeal. The appellate court ruled that Roman's sentence was reduced by six months.

Nikolai was detained in November 2022 as part of a criminal case opened under several articles, including “insulting Lukashenko.”
According to the prosecution, from February 2021 to October 2022, he used his mobile phone to post messages on various messaging apps containing "slanderous fabrications against Lukashenko," publicly insulting him, as well as the heads of the Central Election Commission, the Council of the Republic, other government officials, and a judge.
Furthermore, according to the prosecution, on October 11, 2022, "in order to facilitate the activities of a destructive Telegram channel," previously recognized as extremist, he sent a message about the movement of military aircraft in the Brest area.
Nikolai was convicted in March 2023 and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.
He was released on March 20, 2026, as part of a pardon following another visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole.

Sergey is originally from Kherson, Ukraine, but has lived in Belarus almost his entire life. He has worked in various blue-collar jobs throughout his life. He has two young children.
The man was detained in February 2023. In a pro-government video, he claims to have left comments on Telegram and registered with the "Plan Peramoga" chatbot. He was first convicted in October 2023 for "inciting other social hatred" (Part 1, Article 130 of the Criminal Code).
On December 8, 2023, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.
Sergei's next trial will begin on September 27, 2024, in the Minsk City Court. He is charged under four articles: "participation in an extremist group" (Part 3 of Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code), "incitement of other social hatred" (Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code), "insulting a government official" (Article 369 of the Criminal Code), and "insulting Lukashenko" (Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code). Sergei faces up to five years in prison in addition to his previous sentence.
On March 19, 2026, he was pardoned after another visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole (among a group of 235 prisoners left in Belarus).
Dmitry Stepanov was placed in pretrial detention. He was initially tried under administrative "political" charges, but was later charged with allegedly "creating and leading an extremist group" (Part 1, Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus). The "extremist group" refers to the local Brest protest Telegram chat "GOBK."

On May 2, 2023, an appeal hearing was held. In the fall of 2023, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.

Anatoly was convicted for posts he left on his Odnoklassniki profile that contained derogatory information about Lukashenko. According to the prosecution, the purpose of these posts was to publicly damage the authority of the state and disseminate knowingly false information degrading Lukashenko.
Anatoly admitted his guilt in full.
He was released in May 2025 , having served his full sentence.
On January 9, 2023, the Gomel Regional Court heard the case of two Gomel residents, Vladislav Yatsenko and Kirill Plakushchev. According to the investigation, one of them repeatedly posted messages on a social media platform calling for participation in Kastus Kalinovsky's battalion, Azov, and other units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. He also transferred 21 euros to Kastus Kalinovsky's battalion. Both men were also accused of spray-painting cynical graffiti and drawings on the walls of buildings. The court assessed damages at 130 rubles.

In comments on social networks, he insulted a judge, a prosecutor, a juvenile affairs inspector and two district police officers of the city of Dubrovno. He lived in Moscow in 2020-2021 and from there wrote comments in Odnoklassniki under the publication of Mikhail Chemurako (an activist who was convicted of chemistry and is now in exile).
Detained on November 14, 2022 upon his return to Belarus.

It is known that Alexey Alekseychik worked as a transplant doctor at the Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Pediatric Oncology and Hematology for more than 20 years. He is considered one of the best specialists of the center, who has performed many bone marrow transplant operations.
In the spring of 2022, law enforcement officers gained access to the internal chat of employees of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center, where they discussed the political situation in Belarus, the work of the independent trade union «Panacea» and much more. It is assumed that the detention of the transplantologist is connected with this chat.

According to the materials of the court case, on August 30, 2021, Alexey left several offensive comments in one of the Telegram chats and, as the examination showed, thereby publicly insulted Lukashenko, deliberately humiliated his honor and dignity in an indecent form.
The judge sentenced Alexey to restriction of freedom without referral to a correctional facility for a period of 3 years. However, the prosecutor appealed the verdict. On February 9, 2023, the Judicial Board of the Mogilev Regional Court imposed a new punishment - imprisonment.
