Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Tikhonovich Elena Vasilievna is an employee of state authorities involved in politically motivated repressions. Tikhonovich Elena acted as a state prosecutor in the "Pinsk case" against the participants of the action, who began to defend themselves from the attack of representatives of the security forces. She requested 3.6 and 4 years of imprisonment for 2 people under Article 293 of the Criminal Code for "participation in mass riots". One of the accused was under 18 years old at the time of the event.   She was also a state prosecutor in the case against participants of the action in Brest and the Kobrin district, who sewed mannequins and hung them on the street from September to November 2021. At the trial, she immediately requested a sanction in the form of imprisonment for 9 people for a term of 1 to 5 years of imprisonment and for one person - restriction of freedom with referral to an open-type correctional institution.
