The trial of Alexander took place on February 9, 2023, where he was accused under 5 articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus: Part 1 of Article 361-1, Part 1 of Article 342, part 2 of Article 367, Article 369, part 3 of Article 361.

It is known about Alexander Sumar that in 2006 he worked in the Luninetsky district police Department as a forensic expert. In recent years, he lived in Moscow (Russia).

At the end of May 2023, it became known that Boris was detained again. This was reported by the pro-government telegram channel. Riot police officers in bulletproof vests with shotguns detained a man on the territory of a private house. In the published video, Boris says that he was detained on suspicion of insulting Lukashenko (Article 368 of the Criminal Code). A search was conducted at the place of residence in the village of Medvedichi, Lyakhovichi district.

Later, human rights activists learned that for some time Boris Vitko was held in the Lyakhovichi temporary detention center, then transferred to the Baranovichi pre-trial detention center. He is now in pre-trial detention center No. 7 in Brest awaiting trial. In November 2023, Boris was added to the list of terrorists. The trial began in early January 2024. At the first trial, Boris Vitko was charged with the fact that on September 30, 2021, in the telegram channel “Lyakhovichi 97” he wrote an offensive comment regarding judge Nikolai Kmita. Based on the totality of sentences, by partial addition of the unserved part of the sentence, the finally accused Boris Vitko was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of seven years and three months, to be served in a correctional colony under a high security regime, with a fine to the state in the amount of 300 basic units in the amount of 12,000 rubles .

Boris has heart problems and must constantly take medication.

He was accused of twice painting houses, pillars and buildings in his village with white and red paint and declaring his love for Svetlana Tikhanovskaya.

The man has been in pre-trial detention since September 18, 2021. The man began serving his sentence in March 2022. In June 2022, Alexander was placed in Mogilev Prison No. 4. While serving his sentence, the man was placed in a punishment cell and subjected to beatings.

November 28, 2023 Alexander began another trial , in the Brest Regional Court. The man is charged with two counts: 130 approx. 1 part 1 (rehabilitation of Nazism), 339 part 2 (hooliganism).

At first he was in Okrestina. Then he was arrested under the Criminal Code. Relatives note that Denis is a good, honest, fair and sympathetic guy. On pro-government channels, Denis is called the "chief visual editor" of the Supraci movement videos. In the video, Salmanovich says that he was detained by police officers because he "was a member of destructive Telegram channels", "collaborated with "Busly Lyatsyats"" and participated in protests in 2020.

The Court of Appeal reduced the sentence from 10 to 9.5 years' imprisonment.

Denis has a serious illness - chronic glomerulonephritis after hemorrhagic vasculitis. In the summer of 2024, an ambulance took the man from the colony. Salmanovich underwent surgery - his gallbladder was removed. After the operation, the man spent another week in the colony's medical unit until his stitches were removed.

The mother of the political prisoner says that the last time Denis contacted her was in mid-November 2024. After the call, the man was immediately taken to a punishment cell, where he remains to this day (January 2024).

In April 2025, his punishment was increased and he was transferred to prison.
