It is known that on February 15, 2024, an administrative protocol was considered against Alexander under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Distribution, production, storage, transportation of information products containing calls for extremist activity or promoting such activity). Judge Tatyana Tarabueva imposed an administrative penalty on Alexander in the form of administrative arrest for a period of 15 days. Alexander posted information products in the form of a video recording “Look what is left of one ...” of the Belsat TV channel on his Odnoklassniki page.

Andrei was arrested in June 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened under the articles "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order," "illegal actions in relation to firearms, ammunition, and explosives," and "insulting Lukashenko."
In September 2021, he was found guilty of participating in the 2020 post-election protests in Minsk, insulting Lukashenko on YouTube, and purchasing, storing, and transporting a bulk substance without notifying authorized authorities.
In June 2022, Andrei faced a court hearing for "malicious disobedience to the demands of the prison administration," which resulted in his prison term being extended and the prison regime being tightened.
In January 2023, another court hearing was held on charges of "disobeying the administration's demands." As a result, the total sentence was seven years in prison.
Since April 2024 and as of early December of that year, Andrei's family has had no news of him. Their inquiries to the prison administration were met with a formal response, stating that he would report everything himself "through correspondence," but no letters have been received from him.

In January 2023, Alexei was found guilty of "Desecration of State Symbols" and sentenced to restricted freedom in an open facility. Case details are unknown.
Pavel Omelyanov was accused of reposting a publication with an image of Lukashenko on the Telegram channel on December 27, 2020, under which he left offensive comments.
The man was also accused of systematically stealing bicycles stored in apartment buildings at night from June 20, 2021 to July 12, 2022. The Bobruisk resident stole a total of 27 bicycles worth 11,000 rubles.
The man repented of his actions and fully admitted his guilt.
On May 18, 2024, an appeal hearing was held. The verdict came into force.
He was detained in Babruisk. He was then sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest, but was not released after that. Instead, he was sent to the Okrestina detention center in Minsk. In early September, he was transferred to Pretrial Detention Center No. 1.

Sergei is the cousin of the deputy commander of the Kalinovsky regiment, Vadim Kabanchuk.
On July 4, another closed trial of Sergei Franchuk took place. This time, he was accused of insulting Alexander Lukashenko. Franchuk's initial sentence of three years in prison was extended by six months.
On September 28, 2023, an appeal hearing was held following the second court's verdict. The verdict entered into force.

Sergei was convicted of insulting two police officers by allegedly making negative comments about them on social media. He subsequently left Belarus.
In December 2024, a court hearing was held in absentia against him “on replacing the restriction of freedom without sending him to an open-type correctional facility.”
