According to the materials of the prosecution, two years ago, in September 2020, Maksim Divak, while in Minsk on Maksim Bahdanovich Street, “along with other unidentified participants in an unauthorized mass event, grossly violated public order, disobeyed the lawful demands of police officers, moved along the carriageway , blocked and obstructed the path of vehicles, as a result of which the above actions caused a disruption in the operation of public transport.

During a search of Maxim Divak's house, protest leaflets with a white-red-white flag, a calendar with the inscription "Pursuit", two fragments of a white-red-white canvas were confiscated.

In the trial, the man admitted his guilt in full.
