The trial of Viktor and his wife Irina took place on November 29, 2022 in the Leninsky District court. The family was tried according to Article 342 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
Victor partially admitted his guilt.
It became known from the case materials that the family was found by a photo from Victor's phone. He told the court that on that day his wife and He decided to take a walk and watch what was happening. According to Viktor, they really took a photo with his wife on the roadway on Nezavisimost Avenue, but the posters and ribbons with which they were photographed do not belong to them.
