Ruslan Hikmetovich Mashadiev
Responsible for all illegal actions against prisoners in Correctional Colony No. 1. Such actions include psychological and, in some cases, physical violence, illegal sending to solitary confinement, restrictions on correspondence and receiving parcels from persons in the institution.
He exerted pressure on prisoner Ilya Baranovsky, which significantly worsened his health.
It was under his leadership that Viktor Babariko was hospitalized from the colony to the city hospital on April 25, 2023. In this colony, convicts are systematically brutally beaten.

He was detained in early June 2021 while posting leaflets with the image of Alexander Lukashenko. Sergei was left in custody and charged under Art. 368 of the Criminal Code (insulting the president).
On November 18, the court of the Leninsky district of Mogilev delivered a verdict.

Dmitry Shchurko was put in a Brest pre-trial detention center. In December 2020, he was convicted of “stolen a walkie-talkie from a riot policeman” - he was given “household chemicals.” Subsequently, he was detained preventively (on the anniversary of the elections, before Independence Day 2021). Received a fine under Article 19.11 of the Administrative Code for reposting. Also, Dmitry has undergone at least 5 searches since August 2020. On January 14, 2022, the second verdict was pronounced. The man had 2 children left at home.
At the beginning of March 2024, he was released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.

Artem, a sound engineer, was arrested in September 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened for online comments following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk.

Gleb, a well-known organizer of aerial drone photography, was arrested in September 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened for online comments following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk. Gleb is known to have left the message "Dimon tu-du-tu" (to the tune of the music from the film "Boomer").
In February 2023, he was found guilty of "inciting hatred or discord," "obstructing the lawful professional activities of a journalist," "insulting a government official," "insulting Lukashenko," and "calls for restrictive measures (sanctions) and other actions aimed at harming the national security of the Republic of Belarus," and sentenced to imprisonment.
On September 11, 2025, it was announced that 52 prisoners of the Belarusian regime had been forcibly transferred to Lithuania, including citizens of European countries. Gleb was among those released.

Stepan was arrested in connection with the protests in Pinsk on the night of August 9-10, 2020, and convicted of participating in "mass riots." He was accused of attempting to hit police officers, as well as hitting a shield that hit the leg of police officer Polivoda.
At the trial, Stepan explained that he tried to pass by, but was pushed by a shield, he fell, and cut his knee. According to him, the gesture that looked like a throw on the video was actually an attempt to fix his sleeve.
He was released in February 2024, having served his entire sentence as determined by the court.
Sergei was found guilty in September 2021 of "inciting racial, national, religious, or other social hatred" against police officers for an Instagram video calling for "beating up riot police" outside the Mogilev prison. His arrest was publicized in state propaganda, where he was labeled a football fan, something he denies.

Dmitry was convicted in September 2021 of "insulting a government official" for his reaction to police officers beating him. The incident occurred in November 2020, when police officers came to search his brother's home, and he filmed the incident.
The police officers who beat Dmitry felt insulted and filed a lawsuit claiming insult and demanding compensation for emotional distress. The court sentenced him to restricted freedom without committal to an open facility.
In March 2022, another court hearing was held under the same article, under which Dmitry was sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony and a large fine to the state.
In 2023, he was released, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
After his release, pressure continued to be exerted on Dmitry: they threatened to open another criminal case, and also threatened his family.
Alexey was arrested on July 27, 2021, in connection with a criminal case under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them." Earlier, on election day, August 9, 2020, he was detained at a polling station and beaten at Okrestina. Vadim was arrested on August 7, 2021, in connection with a criminal case opened under the article "inciting hatred or discord." In March 2022, he was convicted for messages left in the Telegram chat "Pinsk 97%," in which, according to the charges, he "called for violence against police officers, prosecutors, and judges."
He was released in April 2023, having fully served his sentence as imposed by the court.
