Responsible for all illegal actions against prisoners in Correctional Colony No. 1. Such actions include psychological and, in some cases, physical violence, illegal sending to solitary confinement, restrictions on correspondence and receiving parcels from persons in the institution. He exerted pressure on prisoner Ilya Baranovsky, which significantly worsened his health. It was under his leadership that Viktor Babariko was hospitalized from the colony to the city hospital on April 25, 2023. In this colony, convicts are systematically brutally beaten. Before becoming the head, he also took direct part in beating convicts, helping the former head of the colony.
