Former lecturer at the Department of Communications at BSUIR. This department is designed to train career officers for the Armed Forces and other security agencies and departments of the Republic of Belarus. Nikolai was initially sentenced to administrative arrest, and then re-arrested as part of a criminal case. He was convicted for three donations that the man made in August 2020.

He lived and worked in Poland for a year and a half and returned to Belarus, where he was detained at the end of November 2022. According to the security forces, it was in Poland that he registered in the Peramoga plan. He also allegedly wrote messages threatening the security forces.

Andrey Stepurko is 33 years old. The man graduated from the Radio Engineering College, and then «‎MITSO» International University. He worked as a software engineer in a polyclinic, a computer assembler, a computer operator, a sales consultant. It is known that he is fond of practical shooting, engaged in laser tag and other types of shooting games.

As far as we know, the man was detained in the case of the explosion of the plane in Machulishchi. He allegedly found an apartment for the alleged perpetrator of the sabotage in Machulishchi Nikolai Shvets.

Stepurko's parents and his brother were also detained.

According to pro-government telegram channels, four people were detained - they are called a "sleeper cell of extremists" who had "external connections" with Belarusian volunteers fighting in Ukraine. Among them is Dmitry.

All of them are from Gomel and, judging by their posts on social networks, have been friends for a long time, participating together in an international game of Beer Pong in Gomel. After the brutal detention , the friends were forced to record a “repentance video” and say that they created a chat where they corresponded with each other, and after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, they allegedly insulted Lukashenko several times in correspondence, and also wrote “wrong” comments. Another accusation is that the guys “had external connections” with Belarusian volunteers who are fighting for Ukraine. Apparently, this was the basis for initiating a criminal case under the article “promoting extremist activities.”

On May 10, 2024, the appeal was considered and the verdict entered into force.

Deputy commander of the 310th artillery group for ideological work of the 120th separate guards mechanized brigade of the guard, lieutenant colonel. He is accused of “treason against the state by a person subject to military status” and “inciting other social discord.”

The circumstances of the case are unknown.

On July 5 and 17, 2024, the appeal was considered, and the verdict came into force.

Dmitry, the director of Europcar, an Uber partner in Minsk, was first detained in November 2020 under an administrative article for participating in protests against the results of the presidential elections. He was detained for the second time in August 2021 as part of a criminal case initiated under the article "act of terrorism."

According to the indictment, from July 2020 to January 2022, in Belarus, Turkey, Poland, Ukraine and other countries, "an organized criminal group operated with the goal of committing extremist crimes. The group included radical individuals, including former and current military personnel, law enforcement officers, athletes and businessmen, who sought to seize power illegally."

The case involves allegations of attempted arson of MP Oleg Gaidukevich's home in June 2021 and "organizing mass riots."

Dmitry was convicted on several criminal charges, he was given a long prison term and a fine, and he was also deprived of the right to hold positions related to organizational and administrative duties for five years.

The accusation is based on comments that Kotov left within a month and a half after the 2020 presidential election in Telegram channels recognized by extremist groups in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. The investigators of these telegram channels found evidence of crimes under 4 articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

It is also known that Ivan was detained twice after the 2020 presidential election. For the first time immediately after August 9. For the second time, Lukashenko's security forces seized Kotov in mid-February 2021. Then the riot police detained 68 people in the village of Sokol, Smolevichi district – participants and spectators of the concert.

The musician of the TOR BAND, detained together with Evgeny Burlo, their wives were also detained. Golovach's wife was fined, Burlo's wife was placed under administrative arrest.

At the end of November 2022, Dmitry and Evgeny were sentenced for the third time for 15 days. TOR BAND became a popular band in Belarus during the 2020 protests. Many songs have become hits on different platforms. Information products, social networks and the logo of the TOR BAND were recognized as extremist materials, as well as their songs listed above.

In addition to imprisonment, Mikhail was awarded compensation for moral damage to the victims and damage caused by a public transport stop in the amount of 49 000 BYN (~ 20 000 USD).

Chairman of the primary trade union organization of the Belarusian Independent Trade Union of Employees of JSC «Grodno Azot».

The reason for the initiation of a criminal case against the trade union leader, according to the state prosecutor, was his conversation with a journalist of the Belsat TV channel, during which he "gave her some information."

Andrei's phone was tapped, and the conversations were recorded by the special services. After his dismissal from the factory, a criminal case was initiated against him.

He is accused of facilitating extremist activities and discrediting the Republic of Belarus. Earlier, the primary organization of the Belarusian Independent Trade Union of Employees of JSC «Grodno Azot» was recognized as extremist. The Grodno Regional Court decided to ban the activities of the organization and its liquidation.

He was taken into custody in the courtroom, before that he was on his own recognizance not to leave.
