There are no details of the criminal case yet, it is only known that the Mogilev resident left a comment about Lukashenko in one of the telegram channels recognized by the authorities of the Republic of Belarus as “extremist”.

As it became known , according to the prosecution, on August 23, 2021, Alexander wrote a comment about Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko. The message was assessed under Article 369 of the Criminal Code (insulting a government official). The prosecution requested one year in prison and a fine of 50 b.a. for this episode.
Another message was written in October 2021 in the LukhtaVikings Telegram chat. There, the prosecution saw an insult to Lukashenko, and the prosecutor requested another year in prison under Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code.
On 08.12.2023, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.
