Has handed down guilty verdicts on politically motivated articles. Has handed down a verdict against Sergei Monich for writing "OMON are murderers", "3%", "Kubrakov is a fascist" in public places under Part 1 of Article 339 of the Criminal Code and under Article 369 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to 3 years in prison. Has handed down a verdict against Natalia Sleptsova under Article 341 of the Criminal Code. The woman was accused of drawing a heart and writing "Long Live Belarus" in an elevator. Novikova sentenced her to a fine of 150 basic units.
