Semyon Ivanovich Fedorchenko
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Semyon Ivanovich Fedorchenko supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repression. Semyon Fedorchenko acted as a state prosecutor in the criminal trial against 21-year-old Nikita Kruglik. He was found guilty under Article 342 of the Criminal Code for "active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order." On the night of August 9-10, 2020, in Zhlobin, Nikita "clapped his hands, shouted slogans, walked along the roadway, thereby obstructing the movement of traffic and the work of enterprises." However, the bus depot employees who acted as witnesses stated that there were no obstructions to traffic, no complaints were received, no damage was caused to the bus depot, no claims. But Nikita was still sentenced to 2.5 years of restricted freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility.
