Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Perkovsky Valery Stanislavovich is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions. Perkovsky Valery acted as a state prosecutor in the case of blocking the road in Molodechno. Six Molodechno residents were found guilty under Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for blocking the road in the city on November 21, 2020. The road was blocked for less than a minute, when the green light came on, people left the roadway. Perkovsky requested for the accused Dmitry Korobeynik, Grigory Solodovnikov, Sergey and Igor Sidorovich one year and six months of restriction of freedom without referral to a correctional institution.
