Alexander Aleksandrovich Volk
Accomplice in crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Alexander Aleksandrovich Volk is an employee of the judiciary involved in politically motivated repressions, in which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence.

The former deputy director general of BelTA for ideological work, he previously worked in Lukashenko's administration and even received awards from him.
The exact date of the former official's arrest is unknown. On October 27, 2021, Andrei was found guilty of insulting Vladimir Kozlovsky, a police officer from Grodno who fell during a brawl on May 29, 2020, at a picket to collect signatures for Svetlana Tikhanovskaya's nomination as a presidential candidate. According to the prosecution, Andrei left a comment on the social media platform Odnoklassniki containing the word "scum" under Olga Karach's post.
