People who expressed their intention to go to fight on the side of Ukraine, expressed online or offline, were most often judged under the articles that were brought against him lately. Some of these people corresponded with fake bots of the Kalinovsky regiment, created by the special services of the Republic of Belarus.

Then a criminal case was opened against her under Art. 361-2 (financing extremist activities), but the woman was not taken into custody.

In a pro-government video, Ivan says that he was detained for “unfriendly” comments regarding government officials and police officers on Youtube and Telegram. According to the security forces, he was also registered in the Peramoga plan.

It is known that in 2015 the man lived in Poland. And in 2019 and 2021 he wrote that he lived in Germany, was engaged in artificial intelligence and worked for the German company EDEKA GmbH/WITRON. His main messengers were linked to a German number, and his mailbox was on a German domain, that is, he lived in Germany permanently.

According to CyberPartizan, Novogrodsky has not officially worked in Belarus since 2011 and has three children from different women.
