Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Efremov Andrei Petrovich supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repressions. He considered appeals against guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, but did not mitigate the punishment. He considered the appeal of Vitaly Yureni, convicted by the Minsk City Court under Article 361-2 of the Criminal Code for donations to initiatives recognized as extremist, and sentenced to three years of imprisonment in a general regime penal colony. Efremov left the sentence unchanged.
