Involved in the issuance of politically motivated court decisions, at least 100 politically motivated decisions, for which at least 731 days of administrative arrest, at least 26,550 rubles in fines, and at least 46 years of imprisonment or restriction of freedom were imposed. Included in the register of persons involved in politically motivated persecution. And also on the list of persons recommended for the introduction of individual sanctions for condemning human rights activist Valery Shchukin, who signed for Svetlana Tikhanovskaya (fine); and also for condemning activist Milana Sopova for participating in a peaceful protest under Article 23.34 of the Administrative Code (fine). She handed down sentences in a criminal case for the inscription “We will not forget”: — Igor Samusenko received 1.5 years of restriction of freedom with a referral to a closed correctional facility (“chemistry with direction”) — Denis Grakhanov — 1.5 years of restriction of freedom with a referral to a closed correctional institution (“chemistry with a referral”) — Vladislav Gulis — 2 years of imprisonment under strict security conditions.

Vladislav was convicted for writing the words “We will not forget” at the site of the death of Alexander Taraikovsky, who was shot dead near the Pushkinskaya metro station during a protest that took place on August 10, 2020 in Minsk.
He was released in October 2022, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
On October 24, 2023, Vladislav was arrested for two months for violating supervision.

The political prisoner was detained again on February 15, 2022, in the "extremist chat" case, and in July 2022, he was convicted of insulting a government official on social media. The court sentenced him to one year and seven months in prison, taking into account the unserved term.
On June 10, 2023, he was released, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.
