Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Malakhov Andrei Nikolaevich is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions. On November 30, 2011, he gave false testimony against Marina Ivanova and Artem Markhasev, who lit candles in the church on Ancestors' Remembrance Day. Malakhov said that their actions were equivalent to participating in a protest. On October 14, 2011, he held a conversation with activist Viktor Buzinaev at the Department of Internal Affairs, threatening him with a fine and administrative arrest for participating in street protests. On November 10, 2014, he told dismissed TDiA workers who went on a hunger strike that their actions were an unauthorized action. On August 10, 2020, he supervised the detention of relatives and friends who were near the temporary detention facility in Babruisk awaiting information. He personally took part in detentions: he ran with a baton, detained women and journalists. On August 12, 2020, he led the suppression of peaceful protests, participated in the repression of protesters in Babruisk. Member of the "All-Belarusian People's Assembly".
