Kolyadov Konstantin Petrovich is an employee of the judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions, in which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence.
He handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where he imposed punishment in the form of a fine totaling at least 2,430 rubles and administrative arrest for at least 74 days.
He sentenced a woman who has a minor child in her care to 10 days of arrest, which grossly contradicts the law. After publicity in the media, the woman was released, the sentence was overturned, but the judge did not punish her.
He sentenced a resident of Molodechno, political prisoner Pavel Kuchinsky, with stage four cancer, who was accused of insulting Lukashenko, a government official, a judge, as well as violence or the threat of violence against an internal affairs officer for comments on the Internet. Kolyadov sentenced him to imprisonment for a period of five years in a high-security colony, and also decided to pay material compensation for moral damage to the head of the Molodechno district police department Vadim Prigaro in the amount of 1,500 rubles and to the assistant platoon commander of the Molodechno district PPS Gennady Filistovich in the amount of 1,000 rubles.
