Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Zharinova Tatyana Valeryevna is an employee of state authorities involved in politically motivated repressions. On November 6, 2020, Zharinova Tatyana acted as a state prosecutor in the case of 17-year-old Yelisey Kuznetsov, for whom she requested 2.5 years of restriction of freedom under Articles 295-3 and 365 of the Criminal Code. However, Tatyana does not notice the crimes of law enforcement officers and their family members. For example, on February 9, 2019, three teenagers entered the territory of the former oil depot in Zhabinka, who were noticed by a guard. The man took them to the utility room. One of the teenagers took out a knife and stabbed the guard with it. But later it turned out that this was the son of the manager of the Zhabinka district executive committee, Alexander Apekunov, Artem, so Tatyana Zharinova did not see any signs of a crime either in the attempted murder for hooligan motives or in the intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm.
