Crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Svetlana Borisovna Kremenevskaya is an employee of the judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions, in which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence. She delivered convictions in politically motivated cases. She tried political prisoner Yuri Kostyuk, who was secretly taken from Russia to Belarus in the fall of 2022. He was kept in a Russian pre-trial detention center for five months, and in Belarusian ones for another three months. The political prisoner was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code for helping other political prisoners receive assistance from funds and was sentenced to 4 years in prison. She tried the head of the national theater of humor, games and songs “Khmelevskiya valatsugi” Natalya Dyrman under Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and sentenced her to a fine of 5 b.v. for participation in the dialogue with the chairman of the Zhabinkovsky district executive committee Vitaly Kulak and the chairman of the district Council of Deputies, member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly Anatoly Sholtanyuk.
