Kenyukh Igor Grigorievich is an employee of the security forces involved in politically motivated repressions, during which thousands of peaceful protesters, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence.
Kenyukh personally participated in torture, beatings and violence in the temporary detention facility on Okrestina. He threatened prisoners with rape.
On November 15, 2020, he demanded that doctors be removed from the temporary detention facility, who, in his opinion, showed excessive loyalty to the detainees and sympathized with them.
He testified as a witness in politically motivated cases in court.
According to some testimonies, he has a tendency towards pedophilia.

Vadim, an architect, was detained and beaten during a memorial event for Roman Bondarenko on Change Square on November 15, 2020, and hospitalized with injuries. He pleaded not guilty, saying that participating in the event was his civic duty, and was convicted of “participating in group actions that grossly violate public order.”

On March 15, 2024, a “special case” was opened against Vadim, and in the summer he was charged in absentia with “conspiracy to seize power,” “assisting extremist activity,” and “creating an extremist group.”

Alexey, a construction engineer, was detained on September 23, 2020, after Lukashenko's inauguration, when he tried to hide from people in uniform. According to investigators, he failed to comply with a demand to stop and, while reversing, ran over police lieutenant Zavadsky, causing him injuries. Alexey was convicted of "resisting the police with the threat of violence."

"I'm ashamed of you," Alexey said to Judge Gennady Yankovsky as he said goodbye. "And you'll have to live with this," he said to Prosecutor Olga Dindilevich.

According to human rights activists, he will be released in early May 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

Artyom worked as an optician at the Optik plant in Lida. He studied at the Grodno Physics and Mathematics Lyceum and the Lida Polytechnic College.
