Gennady Ivanovich Kudlasevich
Involved in the issuance of politically motivated court decisions, at least 11 politically motivated decisions, for which at least 30 days of administrative arrest, at least 810 rubles in fines, and at least 5 years of imprisonment or restriction of freedom were imposed. He issued massive convictions in administrative cases for participating in peaceful protests, strike committees, and for wearing national symbols. He handed down a sentence to Alexander Kapuza - 2 years of restriction of freedom with a referral to open correctional institutions, and also ordered compensation for moral damage to the victim of the comments, Yuri Chernyshkov, an investigator of the Department of Economic Crimes in the Drogichinsky district.

On April 21, 2023, Vladimir was tried in the Central District Court of Minsk and sentenced to four years of restricted freedom in an open correctional facility (called a "chemistry" facility) and a fine of 200 basic units (7,400 rubles). Vladimir managed to partially serve his sentence.
Several months later, Vladimir was re-arrested at a "chemistry" facility to increase his sentence. He has been in custody since July 10, 2023.
Vladimir was accused of leaving an offensive comment on July 5, 2021, referring to a police major with the Ivanovo District Executive Committee's Internal Affairs Directorate (IDD) as "scum" on the "Punishermen of Belarus" Telegram channel. In 2020, the police officer was tasked with "maintaining public order" and was involved in the administrative cases brought against Belarusians en masse for participating in protests.

Elena, a teacher, was convicted in April 2021 under the article on slander and sentenced to restriction of freedom without direction and large financial compensation. The reason for the proceedings was a repost of information about police officers on a Telegram channel. After being detained in July 2022 in Ivanovo, where a wave of repression took place, her illness worsened and she was hospitalized. She later left Belarus.
In December 2024, as part of a special proceeding against Elena, a court hearing was held in absentia “On replacing the restriction of freedom without sending her to an open-type correctional facility.”

Sergei, a journalist for the online publication Pershi Region, was arrested on December 22, 2020, in connection with a case of insulting Lukashenko. Three days later, he was placed under house arrest and in May 2021, he was released on bail pending trial.
In August 2021, Sergei was convicted of “insulting and slandering Lukashenko” and “insulting a government official.”
He was released in October 2022, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
In September 2023, he was detained again after returning from Poland and sentenced to 15 days for “distributing extremist materials.”
In January 2024, he was arrested again - for reposting from the Gantsavitsky Chas website on VKontakte, although the account had been deleted in November 2023. The court did not take into account either this or Sergei's deteriorating health: he lost consciousness and sought medical attention.
