Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Katsuba Marina Vladimirovna supports Lukashenko’s regime and politically motivated repressions. She handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where she imposed punishment in the form of a fine totaling at least 3,670 rubles and administrative arrest for a total period of at least 12 days. She found Oleg and Evgeniya Karbalevich guilty under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Administrative Code and sentenced them to a fine of 20 and 15 basic units, respectively, for distributing “extremist” products. She found Lyudmila Khlusevich guilty under Article 369 of the Criminal Code and sentenced them to one year of restriction of freedom without sending them to an open correctional facility for insulting a police officer.
