According to the prosecution , on November 20, 2020, then on December 19, 2021, and from February to May 2022, Alexander posted several messages in the Telegram messenger from his Xiaomi Redmi 7A mobile phone, which “contained a clearly negative assessment of law enforcement officers, military personnel, as well as a group of people united by nationality.” He also posted comments on the Internet using obscene language, in which he gave “a clearly negative assessment of the personality of the head of state, humiliated his honor and dignity.”

Therefore, I was surprised when in May 2022 he was called to the police department, where he was familiarized with the contents of the message. At the same time, he was detained.

In the summer of 2023, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.

On October 31, 2024, Alexander will be tried again - in the Vitebsk District Court. The man is currently accused of "distributing extremist materials " ( Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The case is being heard by Mikhail Zubenya .

Alexander's name has appeared again on the schedule of the Vitebsk District Court - on December 12, his case for "spreading extremism" will be heard by Tatyana Lobatskaya.
