Ivantsov is 38 years old. Since 2013, he has headed the company "De Visu," which conducts marketing research in the pharmaceutical industry. Five years ago, Ivantsov entered graduate school at BGPU and worked at the university. Ivantsov is also a practicing psychologist and a proponent and popularizer of the Enneagram.
On December 13, 2025,he was released after another visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Ukraine.

A taxi driver who was harshly detained by riot police at the end of January 2023 while he was waiting for an order near the bus station. Friends had been waiting for Roman since “days”, as they knew that he was detained for old likes on the Odnoklassniki social network. But then it turned out that the man was detained under Art. 367 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
On June 21, 2023, an appeal court hearing was held. The verdict came into force.
According to estimates, the human rights defender will be released at the end of 2023 upon expiration of his sentence.

Starotitorov received letters of gratitude from the executive committee and the Orthodox Church and was included in the list of the best entrepreneurs of the Gomel region.

On November 28, 2023, he was added to the KGB's "terrorist list". On January 18, 2024, Pyotrwas removedfrom the "terrorist list".
He was pardoned in January 2025.

First, Lazarev was taken to the Investigative Committee, and for almost a day his relatives did not know what would happen to him. He is currently being held in Vitebsk SIZO-2.
The court of first instance sentenced Lazarov to five and a half years of imprisonment in a high-security penal colony, finding him guilty under the article on the creation of an "extremist formation" or participation in it (Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code). The Supreme Court changed the sentence to five years of imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.
On September 11, 2025, it became known that 52 prisoners of the Belarusian regime were forcibly transferred to the territory of Lithuania. Among them are citizens of European countries. Among those released is Vyacheslav Lazarev.

According to the indictment , in August 2022, Shakirov intentionally posted a comment containing signs of verbal aggression in a duly recognized extremist Telegram group (chat) in order to obstruct the lawful activities of an employee of the internal affairs bodies and out of revenge for the performance of official duties by the head of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, N. N. Karpenkov.

The man has a higher education and works as a driver in a private company. He has six children, three of whom are minors. One of them is two years old.
Dmitry was accused of leaving offensive comments in a Telegram chat in January 2022 regarding the Minsk prosecutor, the captain of the Minsk traffic police, the captain of the Bobruisk OMON police, the judge of the Leninsky District Court of Grodno, a police major, the deputy head of law enforcement and prevention of the Frunzensky District Department of Internal Affairs of Minsk, and OMON police sergeants of the Mogilev Regional Department of Internal Affairs.
He is expectedto be released on March 14, 2025.

Furthermore, in July 2021, the accused allegedly assisted an extremist group when he sent messages to a chatbot on a destructive Telegram channel containing allegedly false information regarding one of the company's executives, as well as information about his private life.
At the court hearing, the defendant partially admitted his guilt. However, he stated that he had no intention of assisting an extremist group.
The man, according to the materials of the prosecution, posted publications in Telegram in which he gave a negative assessment of Lukashenko — profanity was used in the messages. In them, the accused allegedly also called for violence against military man of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, law enforcement officers, incited national and social enmity: «Russian invaders participating in the forcible seizure of foreign state territory by military force».

Mikhail was arrested in October 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened for online comments following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk. In November 2022, he was sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.
He was released in the summer of 2023, having served his full sentence.
