Marina Arkadyevna Fedorov
Crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Fedorova Marina Arkadyevna is an employee of the judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions, in which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence. She made guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where she issued fines totaling at least 49,390.5 rubles and administrative arrest for at least 2,874 days. She delivered a verdict in the criminal case of political prisoner Kirill Pavlovets, who was charged under Article 342 of the Criminal Code (organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them). According to the charges, Kirill Pavlovets called for participation in mass events on August 30, 2020 on Freedom Square in Minsk. Fedorova sentenced him to restriction of freedom for a period of three years and sent him to an open institution. She found a resident of Minsk guilty under Part 1 of Article 24.23 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and sentenced her to a fine in the amount of 80 basic units for curtains with Belarusian ornaments.

Vladislav, an MMA fighter, was arrested in March 2022 on charges of group actions grossly violating public order and sentenced to restricted freedom in August of that year for participating in post-election protests that took place in Minsk in 2020.
Alexei was accused of shouting "Long live Belarus!" and "Lukashenko is a rooster!" while on his apartment balcony on May 15, 2021, while intoxicated. The prosecution claims he did this deliberately loudly so that others could hear him. By doing so, they claim, he insulted Lukashenko.
According to human rights activists, he was released in August 2022, having fully served his sentence.
In February 2023, Alexei was tried for "failure to comply with preventive supervision requirements." This is the first case known to human rights activists of a former political prisoner being tried under this article.

Ivan, an anarchist activist, was first detained at the height of the August protests against the 2020 election results. During his detention, he was severely beaten, forcing him to use a wheelchair for a long time.
Ivan was detained again in the fall of the same year. He was accused of blocking roads on the night of August 10-11, 2020, near the Riga shopping center in Minsk. He was later convicted of "participation in group actions that grossly violate public order."
In October 2024, it became known that Ivan had a court hearing in absentia to replace the restriction of freedom with imprisonment in a penal colony.
