In the “Zeltzer case” she sentenced a resident of Osipovichi, Nikolai Golovkov, to three years in prison and a fine of 3,400 rubles. The man was convicted behind closed doors under three articles of the Criminal Code: insulting a government official (Article 369), insulting Alexander Lukashenko (Article 368) and discrediting the Republic of Belarus (Article 369-1). She sentenced Gennady Kazyuchits, a resident of the agricultural town of Lapich, to two years of restriction of freedom with a referral to an open-type institution ("chemistry") for insulting police officer Timur Pakhomenko. Gennady was condemned for his comment in a Facebook group. He explained that the comment was a reaction to a video showing police officers walking past detainees standing against a wall and beating them with a baton.
