Igor Aleksandrovich Shvedov
Involved in the issuance of politically motivated court decisions, at least 14 decisions awarding at least 55 years of restriction or imprisonment. He sentenced Dmitry Klimov to 22 years in prison in the case of the “rail partisans.” Sentenced Radio Svaboda freelancer and political prisoner Andrei Kuznechyk to 6 years in prison. On 08.08.2024, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.
It is known that on February 15, 2024, an administrative protocol was considered against Alexander under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Distribution, production, storage, transportation of information products containing calls for extremist activity or promoting such activity). Judge Tatyana Tarabueva imposed an administrative penalty on Alexander in the form of administrative arrest for a period of 15 days. Alexander posted information products in the form of a video recording “Look what is left of one ...” of the Belsat TV channel on his Odnoklassniki page.
A resident of Bobruisk was detained on February 26, 2024, the day after returning from Poland.
First, he was convicted under administrative article 19.11 (distribution of extremist materials), and then a criminal case was opened under article 361-1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (creation of an extremist group). Maxim is allegedly considered involved in the creation of the extremist group “Bobruisk 375”.

Vladimir, a graduate of the Bobruisk School of Olympic Reserve and BGATU, was involved in wrestling and worked as a trainer at the Eva fitness center.
He was arrested on March 30, 2022, on charges of sabotage on the railway. Despite the fact that he did not resist, the special forces used force and weapons. He was later convicted under five serious articles of the Criminal Code.
In September 2024, Vladimir was transferred to a strict prison regime.
In April 2021, Tuchkov left an offensive comment under a photo of Alexander Lukashenko in one of the Telegram channels recognized as extremist.
In August 2021, he left an obscene comment under a joint photo of Tertel and Lukashenko.
On June 8, 2023, the appeal was reviewed and the verdict came into force.
According to human rights activists, he was released in the fall of 2024, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.
Pavel Omelyanov was accused of reposting a publication with an image of Lukashenko on the Telegram channel on December 27, 2020, under which he left offensive comments.
The man was also accused of systematically stealing bicycles stored in apartment buildings at night from June 20, 2021 to July 12, 2022. The Bobruisk resident stole a total of 27 bicycles worth 11,000 rubles.
The man repented of his actions and fully admitted his guilt.
On May 18, 2024, an appeal hearing was held. The verdict came into force.

He was detained on November 25, sentenced to 10 days, but was not released on December 5 and was again given 10 days. But Andrei was not released on December 15 either, receiving another 10 days of arrest. A criminal case was opened against him.
On February 12, 2025, with the help of the US State Department, Elena Movshuk, journalist Andrei Kuznechik and a US citizen whose name has not yet been disclosed were released. They were pardoned by Lukashenko.
Details of the release were revealed to CNN by Chris Smith, US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Europe.
"It was a special operation: we crossed the Belarusian border, met with authorities in Minsk, who handed over three detainees to us. We picked them up and took them through Lithuania." According to Smith, it was a "unilateral gesture" by the Belarusian authorities, seeking to improve relations with the United States.
"Lukashenko received nothing in return," he noted.
In the period from July 2020 to November 2020, in the telegram chats "Nikolay Maslovsky", "Army with the People", "Real Belarus", "Khabarovsk. For Furgal" and others, he left messages of an encouraging nature, such as: "Block the streets..", "Block the roads with cars and our bodies...", "Tonight they should get it in full", wrote about workers' strikes.
On February 2, 2024, Vadim will be tried under Article 411, Part 1 - Malicious disobedience to the demands of the administration of a correctional institution executing a sentence of imprisonment.
At the end of January 2025, he was released, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.
