Involved in the issuance of politically motivated court decisions, at least 14 decisions awarding at least 55 years of restriction or imprisonment. He sentenced Dmitry Klimov to 22 years in prison in the case of the “rail partisans.” Sentenced Radio Svaboda freelancer and political prisoner Andrei Kuznechyk to 6 years in prison. He was accused of “creating an extremist formation” (Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code). The trial took place behind closed doors. On February 25, 2015, he sentenced Nikolai Dedka to a year in prison for participating in a protest against joint Russian-Belarusian exercises. On March 27, 2017, he did not satisfy the petition of Belarusian Popular Front party activist Alexander Strakh and sentenced him to 7 basic units for participating in the “March of Non-Parasites.”
