Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Ulyana Kokhnyuk is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repression. Responsible for the criminal inaction of the prosecutor's office and the refusal to initiate criminal cases against law enforcement officers guilty of using violence, damaging property and killing civilians. Involved in the persecution of citizens who expressed disagreement with the Lukashenko regime and spoke out against the falsification of the presidential elections in the Republic of Belarus in 2020. Acted as a state prosecutor in the case against Dmitry Pankevich, convicted under Article 369 of the Criminal Code and Article 391 of the Criminal Code. The man was sentenced to 3 years of restricted freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility, and he was also ordered to pay compensation in the amount of 22,000 rubles for comments on the Internet.
