Maxim was accused of insulting the deputy commander of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus, Khazalbek Atabekov.
On February 17, the man left a comment on the Telegram channel "Punishermen of Belarus": "A rare asshole, I know him personally, fate turned out in such a way that I had to meet him when he was the brigade commander of 3214...".
According to the expert's conclusion, the comment contains "a negative assessment of Kh. B. Atabekov, which has an obscene form of linguistic expression."
