Oksana Ivanovna Sakovich
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Oksana Ivanovna Sakovich is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions. Oksana Sakovich acted as the state prosecutor in the case of Denis Chikalev. He was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code. The man was detained in the afternoon of August 9, 2020. According to the prosecution, he arrived in Minsk from Gomel to "take an active part in unauthorized mass events taking place in the central part of the capital." The man, according to the case materials, "with other persons ignored the legal demands of law enforcement officers, grossly violated public order, shouted various slogans and moved, including in a "coupled" manner, along Melnikaite, Zaslavskaya streets, as well as Pobediteley and Masherov avenues." Denis was sentenced to 3 years of restricted freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility.

He was detained on the same days as several other party members . According to the indictment, Smolyakov, Asmolovskiy, and Chernushina actively participated in a protest in Minsk on August 23, 2020. The UCP members grossly violated public order, failed to respond to calls from police officers, disturbed the peace, and obstructed public transportation.
Andrus has two sons and is a civil engineer by training. He worked in his field, doing architectural design as a self-employed entrepreneur.
He was released in 2025, having fully served his sentence as imposed by the court.

After the protests began and the first deaths occurred in 2020, he tried to make it difficult for special equipment to disperse the demonstrators by scattering screws several times at the exit from the building where the special border unit was stationed.

In April 2022, the punishment was toughened: restriction of freedom was replaced by imprisonment. His mother, Galina Sergeevna Parkhimchik, who was subsequently also subjected to repression, acted as his defense attorney.
During his imprisonment, Viktor was held in a number of institutions: the temporary detention facility on Okrestina, Pre-trial Detention Center No. 8, Pre-trial Detention Center No. 5, Pre-trial Detention Center No. 1, Pre-trial Detention Center No. 7, the temporary detention facility in the city of Kamenets, Correctional Institution No. 45, and IK-17.
On September 14, 2022, he was released, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
Today, Victor continues to work in the field of web development and is open to professional cooperation.
