Convicted for a comment written on July 17, 2020, which was posted on the Odnoklassniki social network. The comment allegedly offended two police officers from the Pruzhany District Department of Internal Affairs and was posted under a post saying that these policemen had beaten protesters.

According to the victim, the comment that Gubar wrote about him insults him and discredits him as a police officer.
