Glebwas arrestedin March2024 in Dobrushand sentencedto prison for"disseminatingextremistmaterials ." He was subsequentlytransferredto a pretrial detention facility.
Gleb Dudko's social media posts indicate that in 2022 he condemned military aggression against Ukraine. The exact basis for the Gomel resident's political persecution is unknown.
In 2025, he was released after serving his sentence.

How to write a letter

✍️️ Remember that every letter is censored. This means that your letters are read by strangers whose main goal is to limit inmates' access to information or to use it against the prisoners or even you.
So try to avoid:

👉 statements against the authorities and public servants
👉 foul language
👉 discussion of the circumstances of the criminal case
