Viktor was convicted for participating in a protest that took place on August 9, 2020 in Molodechno against the election results.
According to the text of the indictment, during the evening protest he grossly violated public order, namely: “waving his arms, playing loud music on a tape recorder, creating artificial lighting with a flashlight.”
He did not admit his guilt in court.
According to human rights activists, he was released in March 2023, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.
