Dmitry lived in Ukraine for a long time, and in 2019 he married a Ukrainian woman there. He did not serve in the Belarusian army, but in Ukraine he joined the Ukrainian Armed Forces as a supply officer. From March to October 2021, he worked as a guard at a military warehouse in the demarcation zone between the DPR/LPR and the territory controlled by Ukraine.
In the fall of 2021, having lost his Belarusian passport, Dmitry went to the embassy in Kyiv, where he was issued a temporary document and advised to go to Belarus for a new passport. However, immediately after crossing the border, he was detained. For two days in a row, the KGB interrogated him on suspicion of "terrorism" and "weapons transportation."
No facts were found, but Dmitry was transferred from the temporary detention facility to a pretrial detention center and a case of "mercenarism" was opened (Article 133 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus). Later, the article was reclassified, and in March 2022, he was convicted of "participation in military actions on the territory of a foreign state without the authorization of Belarus." During his stay in the pretrial detention center, Dmitry's daughter was born.
According to human rights activists, he was released in the winter of 2024, having fully served his sentence.
According to the prosecution, in September 2020, Kolpak publicly posted "negative comments addressed to police officers, civil servants, and government officials in a Telegram chat, inciting and calling for violence against members of the aforementioned social groups." He was also accused of repeatedly posting text articles in a Telegram chat in Minsk from August 8 to September 28, 2020, in which he called on drivers to create traffic jams, sabotage work, and protest, including by blocking traffic.
According to human rights activists , he will be released in the fall of 2025.

According to the case materials, in August and November 2020, the accused posted offensive comments to the President of the Republic of Belarus from his mobile phone in public Telegram channels and Telegram chats.
In October-November 2020, January-May 2021, he posted offensive comments against other officials and officials of the Republic of Belarus.
In addition, Alexander allegedly illegally manufactured, stored and transported an object whose damaging effect is based on the use of combustible substances.
At the end of July 2023, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.

During the judicial investigation, it was established that the accused, being subscribed to extremist and destructive Telegram channels and chats, in October 2020, posted an offensive comment in one of them under the photo of A.G. Lukashenko.
From October 2020 to November 2021, he left offensive comments in a profane form to the employees of the internal affairs bodies and the judge, than publicly insulted the authorities, tried to undermine the prestige of managerial activities in the state.

A 37-year-old native of Baranovichi was detained on August 22, 2022 at the train station, when she once again arrived in Belarus from Andorra, according to pro-government channels. In the video, Olga herself said that in August 2020 she considered that the elections were rigged. On Instagram, she subscribed to the "Nexta" page, from where she took screenshots and posted them on her page, made comments.
She was found guilty of calling a special police telephone line from her partner’s phone on April 26, 2022 and “in an obscene form” expressing an insult towards Lukashenko. In the view of the prosecution, by doing this she publicly humiliated his authority, honor and dignity.
On December 20, 2022, the appeal was considered and the verdict came into force.
According to human rights activists, she will be released in the winter of 2024 after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.

According to the charge, she left offensive comments and made threats against 50 officials: judges, prosecutors, employees of internal affairs bodies, state security, investigative bodies, members of precinct election commissions.
It is known that the prosecutor asked for two years of imprisonment for the 54 year old woman, but judge Dmitry Korsyuk imposed a harsher punishment - three years in a penal colony.
