According to official information , in 2020, a man posted a screenshot on social networks that showed a frame from the protests in August 2020 on Sovetskaya Street in Gomel. He accompanied the post with a text in which he called the security forces “subhumans” and expressed the hope that they “will be held accountable for crimes against their people.”
In the fall of 2021, the man was facing an administrative case “for distributing information products containing calls for extremist activity.”
On November 28, 2023, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.

On August 15, 2020 and February 12, 2021, he posted offensive comments in a Telegram chat about the president, as well as the military commissar of the Gomel region, Andrei Krivonosov.
He was released in June 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
According to the indictment, in August 2021, he and Yaroslav Geben tore the national flag from one of the stores and took indecent photographs with it and filmed a video.

According to the prosecution's version, Vitaliy Zhilinsky repeatedly in August-September 2020, as part of a group of people, moved along the carriageways of Nezavisimost Avenue, Pobediteley, Pushkin, Maxim Bogdanovich and Yakub Kolos Streets in Minsk, publicly shouting slogans. As a result of illegal actions, transport links in the capital were blocked, which led to a malfunction of public transport.
In addition, the political prisoner was charged with posting on January 6 and 9, 2022, in one of the Telegram chats, publications available to an unlimited number of persons aimed at inciting social hostility and discord against military personnel who carried out peacekeeping activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Pavel was detained in March 2021 by traffic police on a highway near Minsk, where leaflets, newspapers and stickers were found in his car; according to the Investigative Committee, "thousands of copies of protest newspapers, stickers with unregistered symbols and leaflets" were seized.
