In a confessional video on a pro-government channel, Alexander says that he was detained for sending a video of military equipment to a chat. At that time, he was allegedly scared, so he posted the video out of emotion. “In this chat there was a narrative that hostilities were about to begin between Belarus and Ukraine,” says the engineer.
The video shows screenshots from the chat. The explanation for the video with military equipment says that it is moving along the M1 highway towards Brest. It is unknown when this was filmed.

According to the prosecution, on July 18, 2021, Pavel Korolevich posted a message in a group called "Online Brest" on the social network "Vkontakte" that humiliated the honor and dignity of Alexander Lukashenko and was offensive to him. Also on August 11, 2021, he posted another offensive message in the same community.
In court, Korolevich partially admitted his guilt, since the offensive comments were made specifically in relation to Lukashenko, and not in relation to the President of the Republic of Belarus in connection with the performance of his official duties.

The girl is a citizen of Ukraine, originally from the city of Kherson. She studied in China, graduated from the university there in 2015, and in 2016 moved to Belarus. In Belarus she worked as a translator from Chinese.
Ekaterina was detained while crossing the Belarusian border. They demanded that she give her phone for verification; she provided it to the employees along with the passwords. As it became known , according to the prosecution, on August 23, 2021, Alexander wrote a comment about Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko. The comment was under the news of the Belarus of the Brain channel. The comment said that Golovchenko and Russian official Mishustin "discussed integration documents."
The message was assessed under Article 369 of the Criminal Code (insulting a government official). The prosecution requested one year in prison and a fine of 50 b.a. for this episode.
Another message was written in October 2021 in the LukhtaVikings Telegram chat. There, the prosecution saw an insult to Lukashenko, and the prosecutor requested another year in prison under Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code.
On 08.12.2023, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.
According to human rights activists, he was released on December 8, 2024.
The man was accused of writing a message about A. Lukashenko “in one of the telegram chats” on October 21, 2021. This comment was considered offensive.
