Alice is accused of one telegram message written on the evening of February 28, 2022 (on the 4th day of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine).
The comment was written in the telegram chat «Belaruski Gayun Chat» (a chat associated with the channel Belaruski Gayun», which tracked the movement of Russian troops on the territory of Belarus). The text contains the word «rats», and the state prosecution interprets this as referring to Lukashenko. In addition, at the trial, the prosecutor pointed out that this word is profanity.
According to human rights activists, she was released on August 18, 2023 after the expiration of her sentence.

Natalia was accused of making a repost on her publication page with the personal data of an employee of the internal affairs bodies. The woman also posted a photo of the security officer with her own comment about the crimes committed by him. The court decided that the information in the comment was deliberately false and discredited the employee in the eyes of society.
According to human rights activists, she was released upon expiration of her sentence.

1 year of imprisonment in colony under general regime conditions, 50 basic values fine.
As it became known from the court ruling, Anastasia, after the start of a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, moved from Belarus to Poland. While in a neighboring country, she tried to donate $16.71 from her Belarusian bank account via Internet banking to the Kalinovsky regiment, but the transaction did not go through.
Later, the political prisoner decided to return to Belarus, where she was detained. It should be noted that at the time of the transfer of funds by Anastasia, the Kalinovsky regiment was not recognized as an "extremist formation."

3 years of imprisonment in colony under general regime conditions.
According to the indictment, Smolyakov , Asmolovsky and Chernushina took an active part in the protest in Minsk on August 23, 2020. Members of the UCP grossly violated public order, did not respond to calls from police officers, disturbed the peace of citizens and obstructed the movement of public transport.
She was released in the spring of 2024after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.
Daria was detained on June 16. First, the girl was sentenced to 11 days in an administrative case. After her arrest, Daria went to the police department to pick up the phone, but there she was re-detained on a criminal case. The basis for initiating the case was photographs from peaceful protests in 2020, Tik-Tok videos and private correspondence.
She was released at the end of the summer of 2023 after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.
Trial outcome 05.10.2022:
1,5 years of imprisonment in a penal colony of general regime.
The former MSLU teacher was detained in early October 2022 as part of a criminal case for participating in protests. She was detained by at least six security officials.
Prior to this, Natalia was detained four times during the year and tried on politically motivated administrative charges.
The trial was held behind closed doors.
On June 21, 2025, Natalia was released after a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, Keith Kellogg, and was immediately taken to Lithuania.
Ekaterina was arrested in early September 2022 along with her husband for hanging a white-red-white flag and a Ukrainian flag on the facade of a multi-story building in Minsk on charges of hooliganism.
Two weeks after their arrest, the Ministry of Internal Affairs designated the Zello channel through which the Minsk residents coordinated the protest as an extremist group.
In April 2023, Ekaterina was found guilty of "creating or participating in an extremist group" and "assisting extremist activity" and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.
On December 13, 2025, she was released following a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, Keith Kellogg, and taken to Ukraine.
She was detained for hanging a white-red-white flag and the flag of Ukraine in a 19-storey building on Lesya Ukrainka Street.
After her arrest, the channel in the Zello mobile application, through which she communicated during the rally, was recognized as an extremist formation.
On September 19, 2023, an appeal hearing was held. The verdict came into force.
