On September 15, he reposted a photo of the head of the Department of Internal Affairs Alexei Getman with personal data and slander to the Bolshaya Kolpenitsa channel. On September 30, Vladimir published a comment under a photo of Judge Nikolai Kmita, which, according to the investigation, was offensive.
He was released in July 2024, having fully served his sentence.
