Maxim was detained on October 19 at about 7.30 am when he was leaving the entrance and heading to study (the guy is a second-year student at the Minsk State Automotive College). The reason for his detention was the episode with the blocking of the road on October 13 in Serebryanka (Minsk region), at the intersection of Rokossovsky Avenue and Plekhanov Street. Then the guy was taken to the Leninskoye police department of the city of Minsk. The interrogation of him took place only at 16:00 (it is not known what happened to the guy between 7:30 and 16:00). Released in the courtroom.
