Dmitriy Nikolaevich Strebkov
Strebkov Dmitry Nikolaevich is an accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus.
As the head of the correctional institution "Prison No. 8 in Zhodino", Strebkov bears personal responsibility for the cruel and inhuman treatment of prisoners and the torture used against them.
Under Strebkov's leadership, Prison No. 8 (SIZO) in Zhodino became one of the most cruel in the country - in terms of detention conditions and in relation to prisoners. This is the only correctional institution in the Republic of Belarus where defendants and convicted persons are held at the same time, including persons sentenced to life imprisonment. At the same time, the detention conditions are equally harsh for everyone. In particular, prisoners are subjected to beatings, do not receive parcels, do not receive letters, are subjected to torture by hunger, lack of walks, confinement in cramped cells together with people without a fixed abode, for additional torture by unsanitary conditions.
For his crimes, he was included in the sanctions lists of EU countries.
Thus, the actions of Dmitry Nikolaevich Strebkov violate the rights of citizens of the Republic of Belarus and pose a threat to their lives. They are also aimed at strengthening the repressive regime in force in the country.

Darya, a journalist for the Belsat TV channel, was reporting live from the courtyard of the Square of Change, where peaceful protesters gathered for a protest rally held in Minsk on November 15, 2020, under the slogan "I'm coming out." These were the last words of Raman Bondarenko, who was killed by security forces, and those gathered came to honor his memory. Darya was detained along with her colleague Ekaterina Bakhvalova during the violent dispersal of the rally and was later convicted of "participation in group actions that grossly violate public order."
She was released in September 2022, having fully served her sentence as determined by the court.

In April 2022, a new criminal case was opened against Ekaterina, and in July of the same year she was convicted again, accused of “treason” and sentenced to eight years in prison three months before the end of her first sentence.
On March 19, 2026, she was released following another visit to Minsk by the U.S. President Donald Trump's special representative, John Coyle, and was transported to Lithuania.
Alexander was convicted of resisting police officers who used force during an attempt to detain him on August 9, 2020, in Soligorsk. According to the charges, on that day, police officers tried to detain him near the Central store, but he, not wanting to be detained, categorically refused to follow the police.
According to human rights activists, he was released in August 2022, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.

Vadim was detained, severely beaten and later convicted for participating in a protest that took place on August 9, 2020 in Minsk against the results of the presidential elections.
Throughout his entire term of imprisonment, Vadim was systematically subjected to psychological and physical violence: he was beaten, placed in solitary confinement and punishment cells, and deprived of parcels and visits.

Stepan was hit by a police van in the oncoming lane on November 15, 2020, during a protest in memory of Roman Bondarenko, killed by security forces, on Pushkin Avenue in Minsk, immediately detained and severely beaten. Ruslan was detained on November 15, 2020 and arrested for 15 days for walking through the city with a white-red-white flag in memory of the murdered Roman Bondarenko. Roman was beaten by security forces in the courtyard near his home and died in hospital from cerebral edema. However, after his administrative arrest, Ruslan was not released, as a criminal case was opened against him and he was convicted of "resisting an Interior Ministry officer."

In July of the same year, he was convicted again for "insulting a government official" in a closed chat organized by security forces for the purpose of provocation. Artem did not admit his guilt and stated in court that the new criminal case was revenge on the part of the head of Colony No. 15, Alexey Lazarenko, where he was tortured and beaten.
