Dmitry Rutkovsky from Nesvizh was tried under criminal articles 369 (“Insulting a representative of the authorities”) and 364 (“Violence or threat of violence against an employee of internal affairs bodies”), for in April 2021 in the “Free Nesvizh” community under the account “Punisher” he posted an obscene insult against the victim (an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs) and expressed a threat of violence against him. It is known that this comment was discovered not by the victim himself, but by police officers who deal with such cases. Sentence: 3 years of restriction of freedom without transfer to open correctional institutions.

Svetlana was found guilty in March 2021 of a criminal case opened under the article on insulting a government official.
