Andrey is a Ukrainian citizen originally from Chernihiv. He moved to Belarus after his marriage at his wife's request, as her parents lived there. Andrey is a former military serviceman. He worked as an electrician at the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, where he was arrested in January 2023 as part of a criminal case.

In the pro-government film "Gaspar Didn't Respond," aired on the ONT television channel on April 5, 2023, Andrei was accused of being an agent for Ukraine. The film alleges that he regularly transmitted information via the Signal messenger to his younger brother, Ruslan, who serves in the Chernihiv Operational Directorate "North" and is the deputy commander for operational matters.

In March 2024, Andrei was found guilty of “intelligence activity” and sentenced to imprisonment.

In January 2025, a court hearing was held on the issue of transferring him to a different type of correctional facility and changing the conditions of the regime.

On December 13, 2025, he was released following a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Ukraine.

On the evening of March 27, Alina went to the Investigative Committee to testify as a witness in a criminal case on participation in peaceful protests in Minsk and was never released. After that, she spent several months in jail.

In conclusion, a number of chronic diseases worsened at Gorova. The security forces did not allow the detainee to be hospitalized, and in the Mogilev prison she was denied medical assistance, despite poor tests. The Court of Appeal, which took place on August 29, 2023, overturned the judgment of the Kruglyansky Court of May 30, 2023. The case will be sent for a new trial to another district court of the Mogilev region.

Anatoly is 55 years old. He studied at the Minsk Radio Engineering College, and then went to work at the regional communications center in Baranovichi. In 1996, he became one of the founders of the local newspaper Step. This is one of the first private newspapers in the city and once one of the most popular, its circulation reached 11 thousand copies. Now the newspaper has been reformatted into a purely advertising one. Anatoly became an entrepreneur. It deals in medical products and other health products. Before the verdict was announced, the girl had been in custody since September 2, 2020. She was found guilty that on March 6, 2022, she pasted a leaflet containing slander against Lukashenko on an advertising banner on one of the streets of Minsk. According to the position of the prosecution, she spread false information about Lukashenko.

The girl admitted her guilt and said that she had printed out a leaflet and pasted it together with her friend to draw people's attention to what was happening in the world. Witnesses reported about the sticker to the police. The girl were identified by CCTV cameras.
