Dmitry was found guilty in November 2021 of "insulting a government official" for a comment he left on the social media site Odnoklassniki under photographs of police officers Sergei Vladimirovich Shramov and Alexander Leonidovich Shlupakov: "...these officers, risking their lives, confiscated these balloons..."

Yulia was found guilty in November 2021 of "insulting a government official" for a comment she left on the social media site Odnoklassniki under a photo of Igor Volnich, a traffic police officer from the Gantsevichi District Police Department, pinning a detainee to the ground with his knee.

Sergei was found guilty in a criminal case brought under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them," for his participation in post-election protests that took place in Minsk in 2020. The criminal case was initiated following photographs in which Sergei was identified by operatives during social media monitoring.

Anastasia, a former MSLU student who was expelled for participating in the 2020 protests in Minsk, was arrested in November 2021 as part of a criminal case opened under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them," and remanded in custody pending trial.

In March 2022, she was found guilty of participating in a "linkage" at one of the protests and was sentenced to restricted freedom with referral to an open correctional facility.

She left Belarus before starting to serve her sentence.

In November 2024, a court hearing in absentia was held as part of a special proceeding on the issue of replacing the restriction of freedom with imprisonment in a penal colony.

Daniil was arrested on November 22, 2021, in connection with a criminal case opened for insulting Lukashenko and remanded in custody pending trial.

In January 2022, he was convicted for a comment left on Instagram about Lukashenko and sentenced to restricted freedom in an open correctional facility.

Olga, a chemical analysis lab technician at Grodno Azot, was found guilty in a criminal case brought under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them" for participating in a rally of citizens at the "March of Unity" held in Grodno on September 6, 2020.

On October 30, Irina was detained at the Minsk airport when she and her husband were returning from vacation. On November 1, Pervomaisky District Judge Maxim Trusevich sentenced them both to 15 days of arrest for allegedly storing materials on Facebook that were deemed "extremist." On November 15, journalist Irina Slavnikova was sentenced to another 15 days of arrest for the second time in a row. On November 26, it became known that Irina Slavnikova had become a suspect under Article 342 of the Criminal Code.

On September 11, 2025, it became known that 52 political prisoners of the Belarusian regime were forcibly transferred to the territory of Lithuania. Among them are citizens of European countries . Among those released is Irina Slavnikova .

Irina was arrested in November 2021 on charges of "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them," and was placed in pretrial detention.

In March 2022, she was found guilty of participating in a protest that took place on September 20, 2020, in Minsk and sentenced to restricted freedom without being sent to an open correctional facility.

Ekaterina was found guilty in November 2021 in a criminal case opened under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them" for participating in a post-election protest that took place from August 9 to 10, 2020, in Zhlobin.

Sergei was found guilty in a criminal case brought under several charges, including "insulting a government official," for insulting a police officer from the city of Mosty in a text message to his wife. The "victim"—MVD officer Yevgeny Kudryashov—turned out to be Sergei's former classmate.

In January 2023, a court hearing was held to discuss the issue of replacing the restriction of freedom with a non-custodial sentence. The outcome of the hearing is unknown.

Andrei was found guilty in November 2021 of "insulting a government official" for a comment he left on the social network Odnoklassniki addressed to police lieutenant colonel and deputy head of the Grodno State Traffic Inspectorate, Alexander Voiteshko.

Marina was found guilty in November 2021 of "insulting a government official" for a comment left on the social network Odnoklassniki, under a post that included a photograph of Andrei Komar, a police officer from Bobruisk.

Darya was found guilty in November 2021 of a criminal case brought under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them" for participating in the post-election protest, the "March of Unity," which took place on September 6, 2020, in Grodno.
