During the trial, it was said that, intending to encroach on the authority and honor of the judge, on November 30, 2020 in Minsk on Chailytko Street, on a mobile phone in the Odnoklassniki network in the Mustachioed Cockroach group, a woman posted a message in which she insulted the judge by writing : “an abomination, everything will return to you and very soon.” Thus, it undermined the prestige of the judicial system.

Yankovskaya was accused of writing a commentary on the publication in the telegram channel “Punishers of Belarus” about the head of the juvenile inspectorate of the Borisov District Department of Internal Affairs .

According to a representative of the prosecutor's office, in December 2020, the man published a video on his personal page on VKontakte, in the title and text of which there was a negative assessment of Lukashenka, expressed in a rude, indecent form. He also published a video on the social network with the intent to publicly insult Deputy Interior Minister Karpenkov in February 2021.

He left a comment with the word “schmuck” to the address of the Grodno policeman in Odnoklassniki.

According to the materials of the case, in May 2020, Melnikova left a post in Odnoklassniki, in which she called one of the Grodno security officials “uyo..om.” It is characteristic that she did this while in St. Petersburg.

It follows from the materials of the investigation that on April 3, 2021, Sharmanov was present at the Chizhovka Arena at a hockey match between the Gomel and Yunost-Minsk teams. In the same place, allegedly being in a state of alcoholic intoxication, he tore off the flagpole and dropped the state Belarusian flag.

A woman was tried for leaving a comment on the Internet on September 15, 2020 about one of the deputy heads of SIZO-6.

The woman was found guilty of putting on the surface of three power transmission towers on the night of May 9, 2021 images of the BCHB flag. According to the prosecution, she did this with an aerosol can in Ag. Mikhanovichi, Minsk region.
