Seventeen people were charged under the "people's" article, but the terms announced for eight of them are known so far. They were found guilty of participating in the March in Baranovichi on the night of August 10-11, 2020. On December 13, 2025, he was released after another visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Lithuania.

It is known that in 2021, Vitaly’s house was searched; it was carried out in connection with a criminal case for insulting the delegates of the Supreme Council from the Postavy district. The insult allegedly took place on one of the social networks.

In 2024, the Investigative Committee began “special proceedings” against Vitaly. The special jurisdiction mechanism allows the Belarusian authorities to try defendants in absentia if they remain abroad.

The woman was accused of going out onto roadways and “blocking and obstructing the path of vehicles” during three protests. Natalya fully admitted her guilt at the trial. From the verdict, which was published on pravo.by, it follows that photos from the protests of the woman were found on the phone during a call to the police department of the Moskovsky district of Minsk.

Before the trial, Natalya was held on bail in the amount of 8,000 rubles.

Elena Kasperovich is on leave to care for a minor child who has a disability, and also cares for her elderly parents. After the arrest, she was under subscription until the trial.

According to the prosecution , the woman posted the text of a comment that allegedly contradicts the established rules of communication between people, the requirements of universal morality, in which she humiliated the honor and dignity of police colonel Zh., in connection with the performance of his official duties, out of a feeling of hostility towards government officials.

The publication said that the police chief allowed himself to abuse prisoners.

The woman was accused of participating in the Unity March on September 6, 2020 in Minsk and entering the roadway. She was identified from photographs and videos of another protest participant, Uldanov, who uploaded them from his phone to his hard drive. Zhanna fully admitted her guilt.

From January 25 to February 1, 2024, the woman was in custody. Later, before trial, on bail of 12,000 rubles.

Zhanna Dudinskaya has a secondary specialized education and works as a nurse in the private enterprise Hematest.

According to the prosecution , 37-year-old Ilya Bulye, on August 23, 2020, while in the city of Minsk, took part in a mass protest on Independence Avenue, violated public order, blocked and obstructed the path of vehicles, which resulted in disruption of public transport.

Ilya was also detained on October 19, 2020 for participating in a similar action.

According to the prosecution , Vladimir “reliably knew about the holding of unauthorized mass events in Minsk after August 9, 2020, in which he took part on October 11, 18 and 25, as well as November 1, 2020.” Taking an active part in unauthorized mass events, he repeatedly went out onto the roadway and filmed video on his mobile phone, accompanying it with his comments. The video recordings that he kept on a computer at his place of residence became one of the proofs of his guilt.

He also wrote comments “insulting honor and dignity,” and in the company’s office there were white-white flags and a sticker with the “Pahonia” coat of arms in the director’s office.

The Investigative Committee stated that Ilya Salei is suspected of a criminal offense under Part 3 of Art. 361 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

On September 11 he was transferred to pre-trial detention center-1 in Minsk. On October 16, the preventive measure against Ilya Salei was changed to house arrest. On April 16, 2021, Ilya Saleya’s preventive measure was changed from house arrest to bail. Salei remained in the status of an accused and was obliged to appear when summoned by investigative authorities and the court. Was forced to leave the Republic of Belarus.
