On February 2, 2024, a telegram channel close to the Brest GUBOPiK published a repentant video with Timur Lozko.

In the video, security forces showed how men with shields and weapons, in full uniform, burst into the house. This is followed by footage where Timur Aleksandrovich, with his hands behind his back, says that he was found with subscriptions to Nekhta, and that he also donated to this telegram channel. The man also says that he works at Lode as an anesthesiologist and resuscitator.

On the Internet you can find that Lozko was detained back in October 2020 (and in solidarity with him, other doctors in Brest went out to protest with the inscriptions “I/we are Timur”). And during the referendum in February 2022, he was detained again, and under Article 24.23 of the Code of Administrative Offences, “Illegal picketing,” he first served in a temporary detention facility, and then received a fine of 50 b.v.

On February 6, 2024, an appeal hearing was held and the verdict came into force.

He was accused of leaving a sharp comment in September 2020 under one of the publications in Odnoklassniki, which criticized Alexander Lukashenko, posting it on his page. District Court Judge Shamal found him guilty of insulting Lukashenko (Part 2 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus) and slandering him (Part 2 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus). It is known that the man appealed the verdict to the Mogilev Regional Court. The appeal took place on April 11, 2024 behind closed doors with the participation of a judicial panel chaired by Judge Irina Teplova. The regional court recognized that the qualification of actions for “insulting Lukashenko” under Part 2 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code is excessively imputed and should be excluded from the charge.

However, this had little effect: the sentence to Sergei Shekh was upheld.

The exact date of Alexander’s detention is unknown, but the page on Odnoklassniki, which he actively maintained, stopped updating in October 2021. Perhaps that's when he was detained. It is not known what else Skorokhod was doing, but from June 2018 to the beginning of 2020, he traveled to Ukraine 500 times and soon returned back, often two or three times a day. Obviously, he was transporting something across the border, but whether it was official work and what the essence was is unclear.

Alexander's trial ended on February 1, 2024. And on April 19, the appeal took place. Skorokhod was tried for “treason to the state” (Part 1 of Article 356 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus). The sanction of the article provides for a punishment of seven to fifteen years in prison. The verdict is unknown, as is the essence of the charge.

Naftan member and drummer of the Paranoia Dolls group Dmitry Shalak was detained last summer, then he was given administrative arrest.

But the persecution of Dmitry did not end with this arrest. Criminal cases were opened against the man under two criminal articles of the Criminal Code: 369 - Insulting a government official; 368 part 1 - Insulting the President of the Republic of Belarus.

On February 21, 2024, in the Pinsk District Court, Judge Andrey Bychilo considered the case under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Distribution of information products included in the republican list of extremist materials, as well as the production, publication, storage or transportation for the purpose of distributing such information products).

Apparently, a criminal case was opened after this.

He was sentenced to 5 years in prison for donating to Kalinovsky’s regiment (the first - 13.63 euros, the second - 35 euros, a total of 133 rubles 30 kopecks).

As far as is known, the man was once a serviceman in the 38th separate guards airborne assault brigade. Subsequently, Dmitry worked as a military commissar in the Brest military commandant's office, and also taught at the military faculty of BSU. There is even a textbook that he co-authored for BSU in 2020.

The date of Pozdnyakov's arrest is unknown. Dmitry was convicted on November 20, 2023, in the Brest Regional Court. He was charged under Part 2 of Article 356 of the Criminal Code - "Treason committed by an official." It provides for a punishment of 10 to 20 years in prison. It is unknown what punishment the paratrooper received.

On January 16, 2024, an appeal was held in the Pozdnyakov case. The sentence came into force.

It is known that as of the summer of 2024, Dmitry was transferred to the PKT, he was tortured : they broke his arms, used a stun gun, forced him to sign documents and blank sheets .

Dmitry's wife and two children are waiting for him at home.

Most likely he was in custody until the trial.

On January 26, 2024, an appeal hearing was held. The verdict came into force.

Vladislav Fedorovich was detained in December 2023. In the “repentance video” published by the pro-government TG channel on December 18, the detainee says that he participated in rallies and still has not deleted the photos on social networks.

He was detained for comments about Russian military . A resident of Volkovysk . A "repentant video " was published on pro-government Telegram channels in which the man says that he was detained for insulting Russian military personnel who "serve in Ukraine " on Telegram , insulting the head of the regional executive committee and the Grodno military commissar.

Pavel Kuntsevich is 39 years old. He is a Minsk resident, he studied at the Minsk State Institute of Ecology named after Sakharov as a psychologist. He worked at the Chervensky market, where he had his own retail outlet, and recently he made greenhouses for money.

Judging by social networks, he was detained in the fall of 2023. He was accused under Part 3 of Art. 361 of the Criminal Code of Belarus - “calls for sanctions or other actions aimed at harming the national security of Belarus.” Under the article, he faced up to 12 years in prison.
Pavel has a large family - a wife and four children.

On March 1, 2024, the appeal was considered and the verdict came into force.
